Cesar Vargas joins the Huskers? lineup after redshirting during the 2002 season. He is an athletic player who possesses a deceiving game, as his finesse style can frustrate opponents. After a solid redshirt season, Vargas may be the most improved Husker in 2003 and looks to become a consistent weapon for Nebraska, especially with his solid forehand.
