2003 (Senior)
Chad Buller played in all 13 games for the Huskers as a senior, serving as Demorrio Williams' backup at Will linebacker. Buller was also one of Nebraska's top players on four special teams units, including serving as a personal protector on NU's punting unit that finished 12 nationally in net punting.

The Henderson, Neb., native was named the special teams captain for the Troy State game, and he finished the season with 25 total tackles. Buller was also a two-time first-team academic All-Big 12 selection and was one of nine Huskers who played the entire 2003 season with his degree in hand after earning his bachelor's degree in business administration in August 2003.

Buller had a season-high five tackles against Utah State and Texas A&M, and had three tackles in three other games (Southern Miss, Troy State, Texas). Buller also had a pass breakup against Iowa State.

2002 (Junior)
Buller played in all 14 games, primarily as a special teams stalwart. The reserve linebacker was a member of Nebraska's punt and kickoff coverage teams. He finished the season with eight tackles, including a career-best three stops against Kansas. He had two tackles at Iowa State.

Before Nebraska (Henderson HS)
Buller starred as a running back and linebacker at Henderson High School, where he rushed for more than 4,000 yards in his career, including 1,865 yards and 26 touchdowns as a senior. He was the Grand Island Independent Athlete of the Year as a senior and an all-state pick both athletically and academically.

Personal
Chad is the son of Ardean and Julie Buller and was born on Dec. 19, 1980. He graduated in August 2003 with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
